Regional Co-operation and Stability in the Middle East

CITpax aims to contribute to the development of frameworks of cooperation in the Middle East as a means of overcoming the fragmented and antagonistic realities in the region and providing new processes and structures for the region.

The basic premise is that the Middle East is today too interlinked to confront its challenges successfully on a unilateral or bilateral basis. This involves exploring the potential of functional and cross-cutting issues such as security, water management and economics, and political frameworks as a means of building a stable region.
